Shipping policy

Whip and Wave Collective currently only ships to the UK. Delivery charges are a flat rate for tracking services.

Orders containing items from multiple warehouses will ship separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it's dispatched.

Delivery times may vary between packages depending on the fulfillment location.

Estimated processing time is between 1-3 days. For delivery, please allow 7-14 working days.

For orders from other warehouses, please allow 14 business days.

Tracking information will be automatically applied to your customer confirmation shipping email.

Services used for delivery are Royal Mail Tracked.

If a package is lost or damaged: Although once an item has left HQ, Whip and Wave Collective are not responsible for lost or damaged items as this will be the responsibility of the courier. Having said that, Whip and Wave Collective will work with you to find a resolution.
